SPECIAL DISCOUNT SAVINGS PLAN

The Special Discount Savings Plan is available on all COSTUME orders over $1000.00 received or postmarked by March 31, 2018 and accompanied by payment in full by business check, Certified Check, Money Order or Credit Card. SEE DISCOUNT CHART below. After the March 31st date, all costumes are net, with no discounts. The discount does not apply to headpieces, accessories, dance wear, shoes, fabrics, or music, as these prices are already discounted to you.

How To Order, Payment Options & Terms

Customer Information

Print your studio, school, group, or organization name and address, home and studio phone numbers and contact person, clearly. Please complete all billing and shipping address information. Upon receipt of your confirmation which you should receive within approximately 10 days, please look over carefully and record your customer #, and order identifier #. FOR INQUIRIES OR ADDITIONAL ORDERS, ALWAYS USE THE SAME NAME (for example, Studio Name, Organization, etc.)

Product Information

Check stock number, name and color of each item ordered. Orders will be filled by stock numbers. Please double-check your confirmation for APPROXIMATE SHIP DATE. We make every effort to ship on time and in many instances earlier than the given date. The date given is not a guaranteed delivery date. It is an approximate ship date. Please allow a two-week window. An order number will be assigned to each order and will appear on your confirmation. CHECK YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION CAREFULLY FOR CORRECT SIZES, COLOR, QUANTITY, DOLLAR AMOUNT AND SHIP DATE UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION ORDER NUMBER READY WHEN MAKING INQUIRIES CONCERNING YOUR ORDER.

Dates

Please state dates needed in accordance with your order date and approximate delivery periods, as well as picture and recital dates.

Payments

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. A minimum of 50% deposit* is due when placing your order. Please specify your payment choice as indicated on the order form. Phone, fax, e-mail or online orders are accepted when purchasing by credit card. (*Discounts do not apply). *ALL BALANCES ARE DUE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO APPROXIMATE SHIP DATE GIVEN. If balance is not received, orders will be sent C.O.D. including an additional $10.00 COD charge and final payment must be made by CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER. We will make a final attempt to contact you regarding balance due at time of shipping if final payment has not been received, we will leave a message stating the COD amount. If a COD shipment is refused or returned, the customer is liable for fees and shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS) Ground service or USPS. Express shipping or Saturday delivery is available if requested at the customer?s expense.* For C.O.D. shipments, if the name on your check differs from the name on your order, please note which name, customer # if available, the check is to be credited. All C.O.D. amounts will need to be payable by money order or certified check only and include the C.O.D. fee of $12.00 to your payment. A physical shipping address is needed (no P.O. Box #) by this service. Please be sure that UPS delivers to your address.

Shipping Charges & Handling

Add postage of $8.50 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item. (Split shipments by customer request will be charged the initial $8.50 per shipment of the balance of the order.* Add $1.00 packing charge per each category: hats, canes, batons and/or parasols. See our Discount Program on how to qualify for FREE Shipping.

Return Policy

NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES, HEADPIECES, HATS, CUT FABRIC, TRIMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, RECORDS, CASSETTES, CDs, DVDs or VIDEO TAPES.*

ALL OTHER RETURNS MUST BE WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL OR COPY OF INVOICE, REASON FOR RETURN AND APPROPRIATE RETURN POSTAGE AND ANY FEES OR UP CHARGES INCURRED BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD.

Exchanges for size must be made within two weeks of shipment. Instructions must be included in the package before exchange can be made. A fee of $5.00 per costume will be charged on all exchanges plus appropriate shipping charges per item as above. Please allow 8 weeks for exchanges. If possible, we will do better.

Cancellations or Changes must be made within 10 days of order. Cancellations or changes may delay your order. There is a $5.00 per costume cancellation or exchange fee after 10 days. NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM ORDER/CONFIRMATION DATE

Consignment Sales

What is a consignment order?

For Dancewear Studio Registration Open House and other special events, Lebo's offers a program that allows you to order shoes, tights, bags, accessories for fitting and sales purposes on that day at our discounted price to you. We will ship a size run of shoes to fit on your students and to take orders from with a signed consignment agreement form. On basic leotards, tights, and accessories, we will ship quantities you feel you can sell on open account. We need only two things to get you started: 1) Consignment Agreement form, signed and dated; 2) A credit card or check to pay for the initial consignment order. You have sixty (60) days to return any unsold  merchandise for a full refund.
