COLLECTAThe Kamuysaurus was recently discovered in Japan in 2019. It is an herbivorous animal from the Upper Cretaceous period. It grew to around 26 feet in length. Kamuysaurus may have had a short crest on its head leading to its name which means deity reptile. The fossil is perhaps the most complete discovered in Japan.
